General Terms Almost Friday collects personally identifiable information about you that you specifically and voluntarily provide. The information we collect from you allows us to personalise and improve the Almost Friday experience. We use the information to handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you about orders, products, services and promotional offers, update our records and generally maintain your accounts with us, display personalisation content, customer reviews and recommend services that might be of interest to you. We also use this information to improve our site, prevent or detect fraud or abuses of our website and enable third parties to carry out technical, logistical or other functions on our behalf. You are entirely responsible for entering your details correctly when booking your event. By confirming your booking you warrant to us that all details supplied by you are true and accurate. You can call as or send us an email to correct the details. Price and Payment The price of the event can be found on our website. The price varies and depends on the event you choose, the date and time you choose, number of participants and the delivery option you confirm.  Almost Friday has the right to change prices at any time; the changes will not affect the Registrations which are already confirmed by Almost Friday. In case less people than registered attend the event the price difference will not be reimbursed.   The Customer can make the payment either via the payment link sent in email with booking confirmation or by bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer, the invoice contains the account data and the purpose.  The payment in full amount is required before the start of the event.   Conclusion of a contract The contract is considered as successfully concluded once the booking confirmation indicating date of the event has been dispatched and the payment request has been transmitted to the Customer. Booking can be made by phone call, via email or through the registration form on the website almostfridayevents.com The booking consists of the following steps:  

1. The Customer fills out the booking form on the webpage or confirms it’s registration via email.
2. The Organizer contacts the customer via e-mail and confirms the date and time of the event and sends out the quotation.
3. Once the quotation is confirmed, the Organizer sends out the invoice.
4. Once the invoice is paid, the Customer receives the final confirmation of booking and all the details regarding the event. It includes information about delivery, necessary documents, links, materials etc

Change of a date/time of the event The date and time of the event can be changed if requested by the customer. A change can be made free of charge up to 7 working days prior to the event. In case a customer wants to reschedule the event or choose another event organized by Almost Friday, for an undefined date, the paid credit will be kept as a deposit for another event. Once the new date is confirmed, the credit is automatically transferred to the new event. In case the price of the event was changed within the period of rebooking, the customer might have to pay extra charges for the price difference. The credit can be transferred to any event organized by Almost Friday.   Cancelation of the event by Customer If the Customer wishes to withdraw from a booked event without claiming an alternative date, cancellation fees will be charged due to effort incurred, namely: -Full refund will be processed if canceled up to 30 working days before the booked date -50% of the invoiced amount if canceled between 21 and 29 days before the booked date. If the customer cancels the event within 20 working days before the booked date, the paid amount is nonrefundable. Cancellations must be made via e-mail to info@almostfridayevents.com.   Rebooking or cancellation by the Organizer If an event is canceled by the Organizer, the Organizer will reimburse the full amount of the bill, unless Organizer and the customer agree on an alternative date.   Knowledge and Acceptance of the T&Cs The Customer accepts these conditions for himself and all participants by booking the event via email or booking form.   Copyright It is prohibited for participants of events organized by Almost Friday to make any recordings (such as audio or audio-visual recordings) of any events without prior written consent of Almost Friday. Also, it is prohibited for participants of events organized by Almost Friday to forward or otherwise distribute any recordings of any event to third parties (for example uploading them to Youtube, Spotify etc. or uploading them to any other websites or platforms for content distribution, or to any website) without the prior consent of Almost Friday.   Privacy Policy We process personal data according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). These terms and conditions and any contract concluded incorporating these terms and conditions shall be governed by Czech law and all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Czech courts. We store the contract and terms and conditions in the electronic form and they are not physically accessible. We are allowed to change or amend these Terms and Conditions. The change is effective publishing on our website.
