In the workshop you are going to practice the easiest, yet the most effective mindfulness techniques that you can take with you and use them in your daily life. They can be done by absolutely anyone, no previous meditation experience is needed!
This workshop is designed especially for people who mostly work on the computer/phone, have many tasks per day and live a fast-paced life. This workshop is facilitated by a personal coach, trainer and meditation teacher.
