Nowadays when we are living in such a fast-paced world, surrounded by gadgets, it is almost impossible to stay calm and focused. Meditation is a tool that can help you focus and be more present. In the workshop you are going to practice the easiest, yet the most effective mindfulness techniques that you can take with you and use them in your daily life. They can be done by absolutely anyone, no previous meditation experience is needed! This workshop is designed especially for people who mostly work on the  computer/phone, have many tasks per day and live a fast-paced life. This workshop is facilitated by a personal coach, trainer and meditation teacher. 

What is Mindfulness Meditation? 

  • Mindfulness meditation is the practice of actually being present in the moment, which trains us to become more mindful throughout the day, particularly during difficult situations. The key to mindfulness is losing any judgement and just observing the reality as it is. There are many ways of doing this meditation and make it applicable to any lifestyle be it office work, freelance or any other.
